Sob o lema "Xanana ba Ema Hotu", reafirmo a determinação de continuar a trabalhar incansavelmente pelo desenvolvimento sustentável de Timor-Leste, valorizando o envolvimento do nosso povo e a força da juventude, pois tenho a certeza inabalável de que, quando o povo e os jovens são fortes, a nação também se torna forte. Vamos continuar unidos, assegurando a estabilidade e a paz social, de modo a garantir que os frutos do progresso cheguem verdadeiramente a todas as famílias timorenses.
Guided by the spirit of "Xanana ba Ema Hotu", we must continue working tirelessly to advance Timor-Leste's progress, placing particular emphasis on the active participation of our people and youth—for I firmly believe that when the people, and especially the youth, are strong, our nation is equally strong. Let us remain united, safeguarding peace and national stability, so that the true dividends of independence reach every household from the highlands to the coast, leaving no one behind.
